Trial Diet 1 - Day 4

Assalam..

hari ni update diet day 4...
semalam (day 4).. balik rumah MIL...
and for sure la.. confirm2 la diet saya sinking deep into the sea..
as i thought so.... cheat n cheat again and again....
sabtu n ahad ni balik pulak rumah my ibu... n again mesti la cheat sampai tak ingat dunia...
next week monday.. saya share my result n what i will plan for new diet...
weekend ni nak kene search proper diet yang saya boleh ikut... my aim is to reduce at least 1 kg per week. my goal is to reduce 10 kg... doakan saya berjaya... estimate lose 4 kg/month... so by end of this year I should reach my goal.....

takpe jgn giveup.. past is past... kuatkan semangat untuk continue diet... never give up, no matter how often i cheat. semangat tu yg nk kene ade...

kat office i still can control the temptation.. kat rumah pun boleh la gagahkan diri not to eat any sweet stuff or dessert,,, tapi kt kt kg mmg la x leh... as i said before mak2 kite ni goreng telur pun rase sedap ya ampun... apatah lagi klu buat kuih ke bubur ke pengat ke.. mmg menggoda iman... saya ni mmg hantu dessert.. kuih2...

jom tgk ape yg saya makan n ape yg saya cheat...

before breakfast n dinner jangan lupe makan garlic tablet...
sampai office terus buat coffee mineral... (since minum ni rase energetic sikit... kurang la lapar n paling penting skali... x ngantuk pun mase kt office)... klu x lunch hour je dah start menguap...
10.00 am : makan biscuit 
lunch : saya buat chickn pop corn.. saya gune epung bestari spicy... yummy
3 pm : makan biscuit.
Dinner : makan lauk MIL masak... lepas tu cheat dengan putu mayam n kuih puteri mandi...oh.. tidakkkkk!!!!

Kalau la dapat turun 1 kg.. it is so miracle.. n hopefully this weekend tak nak drastic sgt berat tu...




 gambar nampak sikit... habis licin tu saya topup lagi lepas tu.... feeling guilty... mase nampak makan feeling guilty tu hilang n sinking skali dengan diet saya.
